Anna Leigh Ashford

Annaleigh Amanda Ashford (born April 14 in 1980) was an American performer, actor as well as a dancer. Ashford was most recently seen as Paula Jones in the new Ryan Murphy FX series American Crime Story Impeachment that is based upon the nation's crisis, which swept into Paula Jones Monica Lewinsky and Linda Tripp as principal characters as the nation's first impeachment proceedings in over 100 years. She starred in two seasons of the cult CBS comedy B Positive. The show was developed by Marco Pennette Chuck Lorre with the famous Linda Lavin Hector Elizondo Ben Vereen. Ashford, who is not familiar with Broadway was awarded both Tony Drama Desk Awards as in addition to Outer Critics Circle Awards in her character as Essie. Additional Broadway credits for Ashford includes Sunday in the Park, in which she starred with George Wicked legally Blonde, as well as the role of Lauren In Kinky Boots.
